Despite the lack of notice, we promise this show will be a rip-snortin’ good time. If you didn’t know already, the Elmdale is one of Ottawa’s finer establishments in that it serves beers in quarts — it’s Phil’s favourite thing about the place, followed by the urinals that look like some kind of time traveling devices.
